    The Cycling Ireland Disability Commission are embarking on a Talent Identification/Testing Programme with a view to identification and selection of future squads up to and including the Paralympic Games in London in 2012.

    Attached details of the first step in the proposed programme which involves a 30 minute test using a BT Power Unit and takes place on the 7th December in Dublin.

    I would be obliged if you could put these details up on your website and circulate to all your members or anyone else you think may be interested.
