    Hi

Just want to give a big thanks to Mark and all the guys in Weford Mixed Martial Arts club for giving me a warm welcome at the weekend and giving me the opportunity to show silat and eskrima at the workshop. Mark has been training in martial arts for a very long time and is very dedicated to developing martial arts in Wexford. Over the past few months Mark has been working hard to help introduced silat and eskrima to wexford. If you are living in the area and would like to learn south east asians arts, than you can pop along and see Mark. A number of workshops have been plan by Mark for 2009.

A report of what was taught at the seminar along can be read on our blog or short clip of knife sparring training at the workshop

This is Mark N here(small hairy dude with glasses). Just want to say on behalf of the lads....thanks.
It was a cool class and it was great to see a different approach to the same goal. The ideas you talked about on the locks and holds, especially the idea of who has who in a lock, was excellient.
I missed the grapple part of the course as I had to go back to work but all the lads were impressed.
We look forward to having you down again!!
