Any Chinese girls out there?

I am an Irish guy who has been very good friends for the past 6 years with a Chinese guy.

He is now 31 years old, and single. Everybody loves this guy. He is funny, decent, a hard worker, honourable, kind and obliging to everybody he meets. If he has a downfall in this day and age, it is that he goes out of his way to be a good man. He is also highly intelligent, has a great memory and has now got an excellent command of English. Although he will probably go back to China in the next year or so, he has a great love for Ireland, regularly uses Irish words in his speech, and commonly reminds me of events in Irish history as we pass sites in Dublin. He is, in other words, probably the coolest Chinese guy in all of Ireland.

However, he is at the same time a shy man. He is self-depreciating and lacking the confidence to approach a girl, although he is increasingly saying that he needs to meet a girl. Is there any Chinese girl out there who'd like to meet him? Where in Dublin would be a good place for him to meet a Chinese girl?
