    Bought this for my son so he can Skype his cousin and save me fortune in call credit,

    Installed everying on the CD and rebooted the PC,
    I can get Video capture and see myself on screen but am not getting any audio manuals are rubbish and have no troubleshooting and there is no customer service help on their web site.

    Can anyone please advise what the setting should be?
