    1. Who is running the event (Hibernian Poker)
    2. The purpose of the event (commercial)
    3. Date and Location of event: Sunday Niovember 23rd, The Meadowview Inn, Cavan Town
    4. Registration and Start time of event. reg from 5pm, start 6pm SHARP. (early bird chip til 5.45pm)
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, which is free)
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number- pay on the night, max capacity is about 120
    7. Type of Tournament (NL Hold'em, 1 re-buy or top option)
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. €70 + €10 reg with 1 re-buy or top up for €40
    9. Cost of registration- €10 per player
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund 100%
    10a. Any money held back for other games: yes a maximum of 5% of the prize-pool on the night is held back for 3 seperate areas, these are: 1. a best hand prize (€70) 2. a bubble prize (€70 ticket, or 2 ) 3. A League contribution (between €20 and €50 depending on numbers)
    11. Any guaranteed prize pool. Yes, top 10 players in this event will each receive tickets for this years Cavan Poker Open in addition to cash prizes, €10,000 estimated total prize pool
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. 1 for 1st 3 levels or top up at the end of level 3.
    13. Starting Chips 10k + 1k bonus for players registered before 8pm
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. 15k
    15. Blind levels, 30mins for 1st 8 levels, 20 mins thereafter, blind levels may be replayed depending on big blind/average stack ratio
    16. Blind timeframes 50/100 100/200 150/300 (break for food and top up) 200/400, 300/600, 400/800, 500/1000, 800/1500, 1000/2000, 1500/3000, 2000/4000, 2500/5000, 3000/6000, 4000/8000 etc
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash. Top 10 players get paid with a €300 Cavan Poker Open ticket each plus cash.
    17. Is food provided- Yes, finger food is provided for players during the top up period (end of level 3)
    18. Are there going to be dealers - yes.
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules - yes.
    20. Is there a tournament director - yes.
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say. Mick Mc Guane TD
    22. Cash Table and rake details: Where required a cash table will be run, €1/€2 NLH (1 live straddle option) No Flop No Drop, no pots less than €25 raked, 3-4% rake. Maximum rake €5 from pots under €200. €10 max from any pots over €240.
