Cheap steel wheel?

Wheres the best place to pick up a basic steel wheel + tyre? 14" I think. (Dublin, Kildare area) Just looking to pick up something cheap and simple to do as a spare wheel to replace one that was recently stolen - damn pikeys took the wheel and left the radio etc. Breakers be the best option?

You can pick one up with a tyre in a wreckers yard. Also most tyre places have old steel wheels that are only taking up space. You would have to buy a new tyre though.
