I have a question, I would like to apply for a PSV license, but there is a stemp on my driveing license(disqualified for holding a license for 1 year from 1/09/05 on 17/08/05) ending 30/10/09,so is possible to get PSV license? Thanks!:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

If your license is disqualified then you can't apply for a PSV as you don't hold a valid license upon application. Assuming that you are currently disqualified today (Your dates are out so it's hard to say exactly) then you can't apply for a PSV. A driving ban or any conviction may be used as a reason to disallow you from holding a PSV though it's not absolute. On a practical level, your insurance will be loaded to high heaven so it will stand against you come what may.

I am confused, is there a typo in there somewhere?

If you were disqualified for 12 months back in September 2005 then the disqualification finished in September 2006.

If that is what happened then yes you can apply for a PSV licence. If you are disqualified then obviously no you cannot apply for a PSV licence.

The disqualification finished in September 2006, but they said the stemp will be on my driving licence for 3 years, the stemp will be gone after 30/10/09,so you mean i can apply for a PSV licence? and how big is the opportunity? is very few opportunities? oooo GOD please save me...

If you license is current, you may apply but on the sounds of it this will be a messy application. The stamp on it is most likely an endorsement on same. What was the ban for, BTW?

I'd suggest you give an insurance company a call for an estimate to give you an idea as to how much your premiums are likely to be; me thinks you will be paying through the nose.
