HELP-Ipod not working

    Help me!

    We recently bought the 120GB Classic ipod and realised when we got home that it didnt work through the USB port on our stereo (JVC). So, I did a little bit of homework and in iTunes, I ticked the boxes for 'Use as mass storage device' and 'manage my own music'. Now when i connect the Ipod to the laptop, it will notice that show in the taskbar (ie eject etc.) but it wont show in My Computer or iTunes. I cant undo what i did as i cant see it in iTunes. I reset the settings on the actual iPod but it still doesnt work.

    Can anyone help me to fix this?

    It sounds like you put your iPod into "Disk Mode" - I can't quite remember how to get it back to normal mode, but if you google Disk Mode or try one of the help sections on the Apple website, you should find it's easy enough to switch back!
