Hi, can anyone reccomend a good person/shop to do a service? My bike has dura ace, so dont want to leave it to just any local shop. I cant make it into town and also would be good to get it done this week, so places near d4 or that dont need a booking would be great.
    thanks

    Joe Daly Dundrum.

Dura Ace is a fantastic groupset and all, but it doesn't require any special knowledge to service. Just a bit more expenisve if things go wrong :)

I would say most places need a booking as they will tend to have a backlog of work and you would be doing well to drop a bike in unannounces and get it back on the same day.

+1 Joe Dalys in Dundrum, that is where I go myself. Early in the week is generally the best/quietest time.

Other options near D4 would include the Belfield Bike Shop in UCD and ThinkBike (formerly Commuting Solutions) in Rathmines. Both decent IMHO.
