Just a quick question. Had sex last night, on the pill, was on the third last day of the 7 pill free days, used a condom, but after sex some 'cum' spilled out and just wondering are chances of getting pregnant increased during those pill free days.I'm very good at taking it on time etc.just wondering.

    Thanks

    Spilled where?

And what did you do afterwards?

No, you're safe as long as you have taken it correctly for the 21 days ....

It's about the same effectiveness as if you hadn't used a condom. During the 7 pill free days you're as covered contraceptively as you are during the 21 "pill" days, assuming you've taken it correctly throughout. And if it was only a small bit of ejaculate, you're safer again. Don't worry about it.

Read the instruction leaflet that comes with your pill
