Warm up games for juveniles

does anybody have any fun ideas for warm up games for groups of 12-18 kids under 8 age and below?

Stuck in the mud, or any game like that.

I'm not sure of the title of this game, its played in a square about 20m x20m, the size depends on the numbers you have. You have half the team with bibs, not on them but tucked into their pants. The other half have to try and take the bib off the ones that have them, run outside the square, and tuck them into their pants, and run back into the game.

I got them playing a game of cops & robbers the other night.

2 cops, chasing 11 robbers with a football.

The goal for the cops to get the ball from them and the robbers could fist or hand pass it to each other. if they threw it, they were out of the game.

I couldn't get them to play the match after they wanted to play that all night

Anything simple like that can be easily adapted - once it is fun, that is the main thing
