'He came into the shop, walked around and didn't say anthing. He came to the counter with a carton of juice and was asked to leave or take off the mask so he just dropped the stuff and left.'

    Now thats funny

    Not right though either.

haha, that would be funny, but yeah I know, considering he was spotted about 20 times or something, its funny they are still allowing him to roam the streets. Typical really!! They also have the make and model of the car, but no mention of having a licence plate number where they could maybe track him down to an address.

A spokesperson for the gardaí said they were 'actively investigating' the situation and an arrest is expected to be made in the near future.

Is it illegal to wear a mask now?

Well scaring children by telling them to take a different route home, and staring into peoples houses I'm sure is illegal.

He needs a little chat with the men in white coats first.
He would spook me out though , l think because of his age, there has to be something wrong with you mentally when you behave like that.

Oh sorry, I got mixed up between what was written in the article and what was posted in the Louth forum. Well the guy who started the topic in the Louth forum mentioned:
And most recently, yesterday (friday) he was seen in the morning or afternoon at the dale,(near sacred heart) talking to kids telling them "not to go that way on their way home".
Also that evening at the fun fair that is situated beside lidl near the M1 retail park.

One quite disturbing and if it is true he deserves to be slapped about a little, is that he took up a headstone of a child who had died and left it at the familys front door. I personally dont believe this one is true, but if anyone has any objections go ahead.

Eh no, but I guarantee that if a member of your family was hurt by this guy in the near future, (which I obviously sincerely hope doesnt happen) You would (righlty so) be one of the first to say "Why didnt they feckin arrest him when they first spotted him walking around dressed as a movie SERIAL KILLER complete with bloodied knife.
