    OK I normally don't object to txt spk as much as others....but I haven't a clue what you're trying to say!

    But I'll assume that you're correct, and whatever you're ranting about is a disgrace and the government are to blame and lyk ZOMG!!!!!! WTF????!!!!!!!! etc.

    The off licence changing closeing hours from 11:30 to 10 stopped you getting drink at 1am eh?


    Also I hate when they spring these new laws on usat 9:30 on a friday night with no prior warning an no one ever discussing it on boards.

    OK I think I've roughly worked out what the OP was trying to say:

    "Woe alas! I am rather indignant. Whatever are our current governing authority doing? They do not have the slightest idea how to run this country.
    I, along with my acquaintances, wished to purchase some intoxicating licquor, for the purposes of inebriation. However we were unable to do so because a rather unpleasant person said "Nay, ye may not purchase alcoholic beverages now because the establishments that deal in the retail of those particular products are not accessible post 22:00 hours GMT."

    Or something along those lines, anyway...
