I was attending my doctors for a few months getting my blood pressure checked and each time he tested me, my pressure was higher than normal.

He had referred me to the hospital and the appointment is coming up on Monday.

Does anyone know what to expect for my first visit?

Most likely they'll fit you with a 24 hour monitor to get a clearer picture. Some people sufer from "white coat hypertension" and so the readings in the surgery can be misleading.
