Thanks and appreciation to Craig and Vinni for organising this seminar with extremely short notice and thanks to Big and K for an excellent day which everyone really enjoyed and learnt something from.

Seminar was divided into two sections. First morning section was working basics and looking at participants levels (as this was a mixed bunch of people). We worked boxing, kicking, knees, clinch and blocking.

The afternoon session began with clinchwork. tactics and escapes. We also covered kicking, elbows and technique. The two lads then sparred a couple of rounds letting people see their level of ability which was amazing and Big performed an excellent Wai Kru. We finished up with a short Q + A section. Once again thanks to Craig, Vinni, Big and K for a great day.
