Over in the US on the weekend, was thinking of picking up a wii. Is there any major issues with getting one to work back in Ireland ie.. is it a case of just getting a plug adaptor? Also are the games etc.. locked to the US?

    Thanks for the help.

to be honest its not worth it for a few reasons.

You would need a stepdown converter.

You would have to buy American games, irish ones won't work

And 3rd Wii's would be pretty scarce in america.
