Just out of curiosity how is the big 4 recruitment process conducted. Why do some people get job offers on the same day as their interviews and others a week later from the same companies? Do they pick the best and then near the end compare all the rest and chose the best? Or does each interviewer have a set amount of people they can hire? I was just wondering so if any1 works doing this in a big 4 id be curious to know !! Thanks
