    Hey all

due to a couple of administrative errors on
1)my part (my licence had just expired) and
    2) my parents part (they had not renewed NCT of car and I am responsible as I was the one driving at the time),
i have been summonsed on several driving charges

any idea what will happen to me?

Fines etc Im sure as well as prob suspended licence but Im worried about short jailtime or community service as there are so many at once!

No-one was injured or anything, simply stopped by a Garda

Thanks to anyone who can help me out

Fine and possibly some Penalty points, you won't be getting jail time for those offences which would be considered trivial, unless you happen to have previous convictions

cant imagine it being anything more than fine and points at the absolute worst maybe a suspended licence for a few months but that is definately worst case scenario

jail unlikely unless you have repeated no insurance charges.

If summonses do arrive, see a solicitor practising in that district court.

Be there yourself, good suit collar and tie ( if male ) and equivalent standard if female. Turn mobile off while in court. good luck.

No legal advice. Please consult a solicitor.
