My POIs bit inaccurate

twice in the past month pois that i have navigated to using my pois have been slightly off, one was a well known hotel in wicklow, i turned up a road half a k from where it was and second was an ind estate in santry, sent me into a housing estate behind it. anyone else noticed this??
