We have a space available in a rehearsal room in dublin city centre. We're looking a band to share the room with us and another band. We're looking for a band that have a good attitude and can take good care of the space.

The rent is exactly 442 euro per month. There is also a deposit of 221 euro on the room (half a months rent) to cover damage, or rent shortfalls that need to be chased up etc.

Each set of keys carries a 40 euro refundable deposit (as the keys are secure
and cannot be copied).

The slots coming free are Monday, Friday, and Sunday
evening, but we can get all 3 bands to meet up and discuss swapping some slots around if you like.
