Nikon 300mm or 400mm Lens for loan

    Would anybody have a Nikon 300mm or 400mm lens for loan for Saturday night.

    I'm in Kildare and regularly shoot at Kildare County FC's home games. This Saturday is the last match of the season against possible title winners Dundalk and I'd like to do an extra special job for their website.

    Can front a deposit or pop along to watch and keep an eye on your lens.

    I have 70-210mm you can borrow but it doesn;t have AF or metering. Nikon mount, awesomely manual. Yours to collect if you want from central Dublin

    I think we're both in Sallins, I have a 70 300 ED that you can borrow, its not a great performer at the tele end but should be fine for web shots.

    thanks guys, but I have a 70-200 f2.8, am looking for a 300mm or 400mm f2.8 (yeah, one of those big ass lenses!!!!)

    Berminghams have a sale on tomorrow and there is a Nikkor 70-300 AFG for €99... better than renting if you cant borrow a lens
