Huge improvement last night in comparison to last weeks show. Andrew Maxwell again was a huge contributor to the success of the show. Grainne Seoige was also a massive improvement on Ray Darcy who I found dry and hard to listen to. He was cracking one liners as if he was in the Dome in Tralee...very poor

Yeah it was an improvement, but I'm not impressed with the way they've tried to make the programme more topical. Jokes are being cut short because the presenter was obviously given a list of news items that they must touch on.

The majority of topics in this forum could be sorted into other forums if you're going to be that pedantic about it.

The description for After Hours is:

    " All things non-work related."

i agree that this years show has become too serious. maybe its the switch to RTE1 but if i wanted serious news debate i'd watch Prime Time.

I don't think there has been a good episode of the Panel since Dara O'Briain left.

I used to find the panel quite funny.
But after having watched, i think, every episode of mock the week on youtube i just cant find anything funny about the panel. Mock the Week is just so so so much funnier!!!
Last night I watched the panel and I couldnt understand why I didnt find it funny!! Thought it was quite depressing for some reason!

    Aww, its just awful!

The best on the panel is Neil Delamare. Mock of the week is 10times the show though!!
"the queen is so old her P*ssy is actually haunted*

That's unfair. What about Louis Walsh?

Ya I think the panel has sort of lost it's swag.
I used to love it and find if very funny but this new series so far has been dreadfully lacking I'm afraid.
