Firstly apologies if this is the wrong place for this.
Im wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the headlights on a 406?
Not the inside adjustment dial, but to get the two lights level?

    Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I'm not too sure, but check and see if there is a screw on the top of the bulb housing when you open the bonnet. There should be one on the left and one on the right of the bulb casing.
Not too sure though, been a while since I looked at them.

The adjuster on the 406 is tricky to find. You need one of those splined screwdrivers if I recall and you get to it through a hole in the body work over the light itself. So the adjuster is on top of the light.

Be careful adjusting though because they are made of very weak plastic and it's possible to break them easily enough....well only if you force it past where it stops. I've seen it happen.

    Hope this helps.
