Hi, My Father was left a house (value 400k) by his sister in her will. I've been looking at the exemption on revenue.ie but there’s lots of confusing jargon. Does anyone know where I can get in lay mans term the guidelines as to who qualifies for exemption???? And what you need to do to qualify Thanks
