    hey i was using a free onlinesnooker game and my brother was using it also

    but he was a bad boy and got banned and now i cant use it because they have the location where my computer is or something

    so i cant even make a new id and log in

    is there anyway of refreshing it so i have a new one or something

    so i can log into the game ???

    you can probably use a proxy to get a new ip, sign up, and then use the proxy everytime you wanna use the site or
    you can get a new ip from your isp sometimes by leaving the modem unplugged for a few hours

    a modem reset should change your IP if it's not static.

    If it's Yahoo you wont be able to use a proxy.
