Could it be my Graphics card?

This is a problem I have with my desktop and I think I've exhausted all avenues of trying to fix it.

When I reboot my machine it boots fine but when it gets into windows if freezes for between 10-30 seconds, now then this could keep happening for about 2 hours until I like to think its warmed up and then it doesn't happen at all. When I put it to sleep and wake up again its fine but it only happens when I reboot.

I've turned off all start up programs via msconfig
    Monitored the temperature.
Cleared the whole system and did a fresh install of windows vista via disks problem still problem exists.
    Checked ram and fixed correctly
Repaired any broken files with scandisk

At this stage I'm just wondering if its the Graphics card? and sometimes it happens when I'm watching a flash video.

It's always done this from day one of owning the computer so I don't think its from any software I've installed.

    Thanks

Have you checked Device manager for any errors that might be showing under the Graphics Card?

I've checked the adaptors in the device manager ,and there is an item ( 6T04 network Adapter ) marked with an exclamation point in a yellow box ( it says windows can't load the device )

    But

As described in this Microsoft Knowledgebase article:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932520
    SYMPTOMS
On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to it in Device Manager. Additionally, when you open the properties dialog box for the device, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Windows cannot load driver (Code 31)
    RESOLUTION
You can safely ignore this error message. This error message does not indicate a problem with the adapter. The adapter will continue to work correctly.
