we use the BT fibers where i work..

basicly its how studios/tv channels send tv shows around the world ( cheeper than satellite these days) these have to be programed to what they take and if they are turned off that message comes up..

What really happened is that BT forgot to reset the router for GMT as channel 4 had the 1615-1830 slot booked and as you can see it ended at 1730
