game recommendation

    Looking for a game for the wii for myself and my g/f.

    we just have the wii games at the moment.

    Was thinking of getting sonic? Can anyone tell me if its any good, or perhaps recommend an alternative?

    Sonic is okay but there are far better games out there. If you want a platformer than Super Mario Galaxy is one of the best games that has been released in years. Boom Blox is also a great puzzle game with some great multiplayer modes. De Blob is another excellent game that should be quite cheap.

    I'd say Mario Kart or Wii Sports.

    how much would you pay for mario kart and the two steering wheels?

    also, are all these/any two player?

    Mario Kart and Boom Blox are. De Blob is but multiplayer isn't great. Warioware is but I'd recommend against it, 2 hours is all it will take you to see everything. Mario Galaxy has a two player mode but it's every tacked on. However it's still fun to play swapping every life or level.

    Mario Kark would be approx €55-€60, shop around. The have the steering wheels in Game for about €10.
