wrong price paid?

    hi,
    can ye give me some advise.

    i had an e/w treble at the weekend. 6/1, 4/1 and 16/1

    the 4/1 and 6/1 won and the 16/1 was second,the problem being that i got paid less than the two winnners doubled up for the treble. can anyone help me with any idea of why this is?

    as far as i can understand you only get paid for the ew price of the 2 winners i.e 1/4 or 1/5?? of the odds of the 4/1 and 6/1

    i just realised that the win part of the treble did not come up, but the e/w part did...thank you
