AFAIK, ISIS/Draw is free:

Thanks. So do I make the models in ISIS/Draw and then transfer them to RasMol?

Yes, draw the structure (including all hydrogens) in ISIS/Draw, lasso the structure, go to the "Chemistry" drop down menu and select "View Molecule in RasMol"

What's wrong with copying and pasting in Word or Paint btw?
