Does anyone know if there's a free (easy to use!) programme off the net for making molecule models? Need it for an assignment.

    Thanks.

    AFAIK, ISIS/Draw is free:

You can view the files in RasMol:

Thanks. So do I make the models in ISIS/Draw and then transfer them to RasMol? :o

Yes, draw the structure (including all hydrogens) in ISIS/Draw, lasso the structure, go to the "Chemistry" drop down menu and select "View Molecule in RasMol"

I don't think she has a science background, judging by her modship. Might need to help her.

What's wrong with copying and pasting in Word or Paint btw?

If the OP wishes to PM me for further help please do so. Is this the type of model you want?
