Band Practice Room

Has anyone here ever considered renting out a kinda studio apartment room or something similar to that in so they could practice whenever. Obviously it would need to be quite secluded due to the noise. I want to look into something like this because I don't like the idea of renting a practice room and having to take my drums to and from it all the time. It would be handier to leave them set up somewhere and I'd also feel a lot more comfortable playing on my own set whilst practicing.

If anyone's looked into this, let me know will ya? I live in Dublin but I wouldn't mind traveling to somewhere like Wicklow or somewhere like that. Plus, I would imagine it's cheaper out there and easier to find somewhere more secluded.
