    How long do these guys normally take to get back to you with confirmation and order number?
    I ordered one of thier carbon dura ace builds this morning and as of yet have heard nothing back, but my credit account has been charged

    I bought a PX TT November 2007. Arrived at the front door a week or so later.
    No hassle. What's the rush?

    I'm sure you should receive an order no or at least an email confirming you order has been received. I haven't dealt with them in the past but this is standard stuff when buying online. Phone them and ask for an order no.
