Do you need a credit card to sell on ebay?

    I have my ebay account hooked up to my bank account cant i just pay the fees like this?

    Don't think so, pretty sure you need a credit card to sell.

    Yes and No, depending on the seller. You require a credit card to set up a PayPal account but some sellers accept bank drafts. :)

    He's trying to be a seller, not a buyer.

    You can use 3V as the eBay credit card, this would avoid the need for a real credit card.

    You can verify your ebay account by phone instead of credit card. and you can receive up to €2,500 into your paypal without verifying it with a credit card also. ;)

    you can set up a pay pal account using funds from your bank account to pay for any purchases on ebay .

    i am/ was paypal verified, i went to pay for an item in the u.s. paypal declined to pay saying my c.c. was out of date, it had 6 weeks left with a credit of 5100, i will not be troubleing them again

    I second that - US-based website rejected my verified PayPal account saying the card connected to it had reached a payment limit. Checked out with the credit card option, used the same and it worked.
    I will ask one of the guys working there, I thought it was a glitch affecting only me.
