You would need the full length G36 external barrel, the G36K barrel is too short and the flash hider won't fit in the opening of the AG36 hand guard.

all you have to do to add this is screw off the flash hider on your 36C and screw this barrel on. Adding the AG36 is very simple, its exactly like changing the battery.

You can add an internal barrel aswell if you want, but it requires a bit more work.

hmm what would adding in the internal barrol involve

Opening up the main body, which is not hard with the G36 just a few cross pins. The slide out the inner barrel, remove the hop up unit and add it to your new inner barrel, slide it back in and make sure its in the correct position.

Then put it all back together and away you go, the G36 is real easy to work on, if you have any trouble it will be with the hop unit, I still have probs with them.

Sorry I was thinking of the SCAR, for the G36 you will need a 3mm hex spanner to undo the body screws.

Well I new it was going to happen and I did it anyway, stripped the JG G36C down to the hop, removing the inner barrel and I can't get the spiteful bugger back together again.:D

I needed to strip it anyway as I've had it nearly two years now and it has never worked right, will only fire and feed on semi auto if held upside down.

Just can't figure out how to get the hop rubber back inside the hop unit while its on the barrel without it kinking, I don't want to start taking another hop unit apart again, I'll be on my hands and knees looking for the parts that shoot out.:D

The barrel extension isn't strictly necessary, I went and put an AG36 onto a g36c without extending the barrel for a while, opinions varied on whether it needed the flash-hider poking out front of the launcher, or if it looked more badass as it was :-)

Did you strip it down to get at the hop up unit, it's changing the hop up unit onto another barrel that's the tricky part but to some on this board its a piece of cake. They could probably do it at a skirmish for you, would only take about 15mins or less for someone who knows what they're doing.
