    Hello all,

I'm currently in the process of putting together a business plan concerning food and I'm in search of somebody willing to help me do up a menu for a cafe style shop. So if anyone is interested, please let me know.

    Thanks.

Can't help directly, but if you have a couple of hours, browse through a cookery book called Ottolenghi: The Cookbook at any of the big bookshops. It might help with inspiration for menus etc.

Or browse the website at http://www.ottolenghi.co.uk/

Ottolenghi is an extremely successful cafe/deli business with shops in some of London's more pretensious neighbourhoods: Notting Hill, Islington, Kensington and Belgravia.

Just curious if this request for help is a "for real" or "for College" business plan. Either way, a few questions,
What style of Cafe shop are you considering?
What would be your client base?
Opening hours? i.e Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meals?
What is your vision for your establishment?

What would the financial package be on offer???:D:D to, say, someone with about 21 yrs in the catering trade.....
