Help buying from Dell

    Whats Dells Irish number because the number on their Irish website is the UK call center ?

    Also does anybody know whether or not you can buy a dell computer from their website if you dont have a credit card ? The guy on the phone didn`t answer my direct question.

    What number did you dial? Whats the problem dealing with a UK agent if they don't have a call centre here, so long as you get the machine?

    They have one in cherrywood last I heard. They mostly deal with UK business customers afair. Go figure.

    CTK, I bought a Studio 17 off the web site last week but used a credit card so no problems. You did well getting a UK call centre normally it's somewhere like Bangalore, not that that's a problem either.

    The Sales Support number I got in my FAQ is below:
    General Sales Enquiries
    Dell Printer Supplies 1850 333 200
    8am - 8pm Monday - Friday
    9am - 6pm - Saturday
    10am - 5pm Sunday

    I rang dell a few years ago about a computer a woman with very bad english answered and after a minute she decided to hang up. Great costumer service.
