Live Tv Choppy

    Just re-installed Vista, everything is fine except with live/recorded tv the video is choppy.

    Everything else plays back fine.
    Have updated drivers for video card and tuner.
    Cheked for IRQ conflicts.
    Changed mpeg 2 decoders.
    Defraged Hard Drive.

    Worked fine untill Vista was re-installed.
    Anyone got any more ideas??
