hi....alright im not really sure where to start.... i was diagnosed with ocd a couple of years ago so perhaps this is the reason I feel this way(overly self conscious) but.... is anyone ever paranoid over whether people like you or not... I didnt go out this weekend and I feel as if ive been ditched because people dont like me ...I know im being paranoid and selfish but any help would be much appreciated

Some people won't like you, and some people will; and generally if people form an opinion in an instant that they don't like you, it's usually their problem.

You should only worry (and actually, that should be "consider", rather than "worry about") the opinions of people you care about.

Random strangers on a night out are just as likely to be annoying and ignorant as they are sound - that's the law of averages.....so who cares about their opinions ? They don't know you.

If people that DO know you well don't like you, THEN think about why.....but if we're talking random strangers, forget about them....

    Best of luck!
