Why would you take out of the most reliable gearboxes being made? Even the JG motor is good, it's just not a high speed type. Stick a G&P M120 or a Systema Turbo onto it if you must change anything, but leave the gearbox as it is.
Swapping a JG V3 box for a KWA V3 box is like swapping a Porsche engine for a Volkswagen one.

ye ok its just i want to get a bit more speed out of it and i know you can use lipos with the kwa so i just thaught it would be the best thing .
how much would one of those motors go for

KWA's say they're "Li-Po ready", but from what I've seen of them, they're not. They're barely 10.8v NiMH ready. The only Li-Po ready AEG is the JG AUG A3 with it's heavier guage wiring and the MOSFET pre-installed. The only example I've seen of anyone testing that KWA Li-Po claim ended in a catastrophic failure.

Those motors are available on eHobbyasia.com

KWA's "lipo ready" slogan is a load of bull sh*te to be honest with ya. and not to mention the fact that the ones that are sold in ireland are the lower powered versions that dont have the same gearbox as the one thats advertised as "lipo ready". you'll notice the difference where the fully upgraded one has a bigger front end (see photo) to take a larger battery and with the gearbox reinforcemnt, its heavier too.

Id sooner spend a few quid upgrading the gearbox you have at the moment, it'll be far cheaper to do.

for less money than a KWA gearbox,

    Modify modular gear set. €70
Polymer Piston with AOE done €15ish
    G&P 120 Short type Motor. €25ish
    Mosfet. 25ish
9.6 battery or even lipo for really high ROF

The modify gears are brilliant for reducing gearbox noise and are enclosed in a shell that you simply drop into the gearbox. theres no shimming or anything like that to do with them so there pretty much fool proof.,

Of course you could just keep the standard JG gears and get some decent bushings, shim the gearbox and do the other upgrades mentioned above and it'll have a similar effect.,

and do eirsoft or any of the irish retailers stock these or would i be able to get them to order them in
and where could i get someone to instasll all this because when it comes to fiddiling around with the internals i have no idea

    by locally you mean?
Any airsoft shop that does repairs would probably be your best option.

as far as i know there arnt many irish shops that sell parts over the counter

    www.fire-support.co.uk
uk site and the stuff is well priced http://www.fire-support.co.uk/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=551 delivery times are ment to be reasonably quick ( they only except paypal for non-uk customers when ordering online)

before you go ordering anything id do some research and find out exactly whats wrong with your mp5 if its just making alot of noise you could just need to adjust the motor height. If its not making any noise when you pull the trigger id check the fuse or your battery.
