Have done an internet search on lawn mower maintenance and according to this post http://www.gardenplansireland.com/fo...hp?p=6568#6568 it seems that an oil change is required before winter storage and prior to first use in Spring - can anyone advise?

Also is it advisable to carry out the full service now i.e. air filter, spark plug, blade sharpen etc or should this be left until Spring?

You'd be much wiser to check the owners manual?

It doesn't say to replace before first use in Spring. The online article actually states to drain the oil and only replace it in Spring prior to first use.
