Can you please recommend a good but reasonably priced projector for simple powerpoint displays? what would the cost of the replacement bulbs be and what specs should i look for in a projector?

For simple powerpoint displays, I would recommend nearly any projector you can get your hands on. Komplett have some very competitively priced ones.

Will you be using it on the road? If so, size will be a factor.

Replacement bulbs usually cost a few hundred euro (mine cost around 320). There are new projectors coming out that are lit by LED's that have a very very long lamp life. They might be worth considering.
