Allergy testing for acne

Is it possible to get an allergy test for acne? I know most research suggests no link between acne and diet, but I am wondering if there is even a test taht I could take? I know it's unconventional, but I've been down every route with no success (including roaccutane)

im on roaccutane, think it works brilliantly. no spots at all. it takes awhile to work though bout two months, with loads of side effects. I found drink vodka and red bull made me break out. Have you tried MD Formulations cleanser its very good.
