Is Sky One available on FTA?

Sorry for the newb question. I've moved to new office and found two dishes on roof. Connected them to a FTA decoder (Ferguson AF 3100 CK) and hey presto loads of channels. But most of them are scrambled, including Channel 4, E4, Sky One.

Is this a setting issue or are they simply unavailable?

C4/E4/More4 and all the BBC/ITV stations are FTA, but not SkyOne.

Sky1 is not FTA due to rights issues and the fact that its almost exclusive to Sky
