photoshop....hand tool problem?

I've cs2 and the past few days i've noticed that when i'm working on something that the hand tool is constantly selected? You know the white hand tool (H). If I try and select any other tool..I can't select it as the hand tool wont change
anyone know what I may have clicked for this to happen? I end up having to shut down and start up photoshop again as I can' select anything else. :mad:

The Hand tool appears when you press space bar key. That's the only think I know about it.

The post below explains how one guy got rid of the stuck hand tool problem.
Basically he reset the Preferences in Photoshop and it fixed it.
