    Hi all,

Im thinking of embarking on a new business venture and I was hoping you might be able to give me some advice/help.

After yesterday's events in Cork, i reckon there is a gap in the market that we need to take advantage of!

So first things first, has anyone ever imported "goods" into Ireland??

Now it is important to note that I dont want to become a dealer really, just more of a baron but i understand you have to crawl before you can walk!

All suggestion would be very helpful. So who's in?

The Scientist kindly offered this bit of advice before I was shut down:

"First you'll have to relocate to Columbia.
I'd recommend Medellín. Find some land suitable for the growth of Coca plants.
Harvest crops and hire local villagers to cultivate & package.

Next, you'll need a middle man to shift your produce, you'll need a man with Cahonés, and access to a single engined Cessna.
    Distribution is easy.

On the marketing side of things, you'll need to position yourself well. Create your image as 'a bit of a hard bastard'.
Grow a bushy moustache, tan and invest in a pair of silver Ray ban Aviators. Hire some heavies to look hard while your at business meetings.

Best of luck with your idea."

Now we seem to be gettin places people.... anyone else?

    Hi Jambo,

I can't advise you on how to break into this market however I do have a private pilots licence and would be willing to help out on the transportation side of things.

I have some spare cash that I am looking to invest in a recession proof industry at the moment too and this seems like an excellent opportunity.
