DTSC Charity Pistol Shoot 15th November

There is a Charity Pistol shoot on the Saturday 15th November at Dublin Target Sports Club Range, Aghfarrell, Brittas, County Dublin.

On the 27 November one of DTSC club members Feilim Mac Críosta is going to Cuba to trek the Havana in aid of CARI, the only charity in Ireland providing therapy and support services to Children and their Families Effected by Abuse.

This is an open Shoot, all welcome.

everyone welcome
the course of fire is as follows
22 pistol 1500 smallbore target.
centre fire pistol centre fire target (pl 7)


Distances; 10 meters. 12 shots
15 meters. 12shots.
20 meters. 6 shots.

Pratice 1, 10 meters. 20 seconds,

The shooter will arrive at the firing line with two preloaded mags,
Only 6 rounds in each mag,
When the order to fire is issued,you will fire 6 shots at the target.
Reload and fire a futher 6 shots at the target.

All shots to be fired within the 20 seconds.

CHANGE TARGET,

Pratice 2; 15 meters 20 seconds

The shooter will reload the two mags with 6 rounds in each
When the orded to fire is issued,you will fire 6 shots at the target.
Reload and fire a futher 6 shots at the target.

All shots to be fired within the 20 seconds.

CHANGE TARGET,

Pratice 3; 20 meters 6 shots,90 seconds.
The shooter will load one mag with 6 rounds.
When the order to fire is given,you will fire 6 shots at the target
within 90 seconds.

One thread per competition please lads - I've merged the announcements that you both posted (they're now up in the This Weekend's Events thread) and I'll merge that announcement back into this thread either on Sunday or Monday, depending on work.

Normally, the idea is to make one post in Upcoming Competitions according to the format in that thread's first post; the post gets moved to This Weekend's Events at the start of the week before the event; and after the event, the post gets split out into it's own new thread and usually bumped to the top of the forum for posts from everyone who went and for results and so forth.

If you spam the forum with several threads for one event, everyone else will too, and the mods workload goes up and this place goes downhill.

Sorry for the late addition to the Competition details for the Saturday 15th at DTSC, Aghfarrell Range, Brittas, Dublin.

2 cards of 25 shots each plus sighters.

Details every 30 minutes.

Registration Time: at 10:00am.

Two Classes: Sporting, Custom.

DTSC Medals for each class. Gold - Silver - Bronze

Entry fee: €15.00. Multiple Entries.

This competition is to help support the Charity shoot (CARI).

All funds raised will go to the above Charity.

This Competition is open all welcome.

DTSC officers and committee would like to thank Club members from Hill Top Pistol Club, Mid-Land Pistol Club , Loughbo Pistol/Rifle Club, DTSC Pistol/Rifle Club and all who attended and supported the Charity Shoot in Aid of CARI.

We raised Twelve Hundred Euro for this charity, a special thanks again to one and all.
