    Hey guys

I received and email from Siobhan Maguire a journalist for the Sunday Times in Ireland and who is writing a piece about Irish people immigrating to Australia due to bleak economic circumstances in Europe.

In particular, many of our skilled workers - tradesmen etc - are looking to Australia because of its opportunities and quality of life.

She is focusing on the property angle and looking to get an idea of what real estate is like in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. This is to give the Irish person an idea of what is available, what it costs and the property market overall.

She is looking for case studies - families or couple who have moved from Ireland to Australia - and general comment from experts.

Her deadline is Monday 10th November at 1pm so if there is anyone who could be of help to her that would be great .

    You can contact her through

    siobhan.maguire@ozeire.com

I've changed the title to make it more obvious that this is a request from the media.

It's up to people whether they want to reply or not then.

The journalist writing the article told me it will be in the 'Home' section of the Sunday Times this weekend.

The first installment is to focus on Perth and Adelaide with the second on Sydney and Melbourne the following week.
