    Hey guys,

my parents are thinking about buying property in the Algarve sometime soon.
I have heard lots of horror stories about buying foreign property though.

Have any of you guys heard of Trinity Capital group?
They sell property in Lagos, in southern Portugal.
We are considering buying off of them.

If any of you guys have any advice on buying property abroad or if you know anything about this company,
then could you let me know,
    thanks

Make sure you get confirmation with the local land registration that the house stands on properly zoned land before you sign anything (get your own solicitor down there to check it out and don't trust the agency).
