I'l start we can rule out Hunter, R-Truth's push has stopped just recently, maybe it's him or The Brian Kenderick?
It appears WWE officials are fed up with certain Superstars who keep failing marijuana tests. Up until this point, a failed test for pot gets you a $1,000 fine.

A few wrestlers were told as of late to outright stop using marijuana immediately because discipline for use could get more serious in the near future. One Superstar has now failed 11 or 12 times and his push that he was getting recently has been stopped and another planned push has been slowed down.

No word yet on who the wrestler is, but it’s not MVP. His push being stopped is said to be because a number of other factors, mainly saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Orton. Wasn't it strange his return happened free on RAW rather than on PPV? And I'm almost certian hes been done by them for blazing reefer on a few occasions now.

Why do they (WWE) love orton so much? I dont get it? Why does he get away with murder all the time?

Orton is a great and over heel. They knew what he was like before he ever signed. A million dollar headache is better dollar saint in Wrestling.

My concern is that by banning weed it will just push wrestlers to use more pills and become alcoholics like it did the mid 1990s.

While I agree to an extent, the other 80% of that article that was in the Observer that's not quoted here was talking about why they're taking this stance. It makes sense, but as Meltzer said in it, they don't really need to test for pot

The entire Wellness policy is a PR tool.

Speaking of Meltzer he replied to someone asking if one of them was Punk on the message board and unsuprisingly Punk isnt one of them.

I think you are tested four times a year in WWE so the person who has been failing has been failing for 3 or years. So I guess that narrows things down.

I'm not trying to make a cheap joke about it but what significance if any do you think does the change from superstars/wrestlers to entertainers have on their Wellness policy ?
What exactly is the point to the testing? As in , who are they trying to con ? Their shareholders ? The media ?

They're tryin to make it so they don't have to comply with State Athletic Commission rules etc.

I'd say Jeff has to be a massive candidate. Alvarez said the guy who had been caught out 12 times was having his push halted and Jeff not being Hunter halted his

He was never going to beat HHH anyway. If failing the wellness policy twice didn't stop his push, getting caught for this wouldn't either

EDIT: Halted would mean stopped completely. Jeff is still involved in the main event picture on Smackdown

That has no effect at all on their wellness policy

They want to give the impression that they're doing something. It's for the public really, and any organisations that could potentially investigate them

Yep and on a higher level the Federal government.

I doubt it. Jeff is still being pushed it is just that he doesnt have anyone to pair off to feud with at the moment. Jeff is on his third strike so he has to walk the line.

I read, and it could be baseless internet speculation that the guy who has being depushed is a Smackdown wrestler? I suppose R-Truth,The Kendrick and your suggestion Kenny are the obvious suspects?

Just looking through the Smackdown roster, my guess is Kennedy..... nothing seems to go right for the chap!

Was also thinking Umaga but he's been legitimately injured for a while

Oh for **** sake, yipee that I guessed right, shame that Brian ****ed up like this, their goes his push for a wee while.
As most of you probably know by now, a story recently surfaced regarding a number of WWE wrestlers being confronted about failing marijuana tests as officials are said to be fed up with the problem. The failures are not considered violations of the Wellness Policy, but rather, simply result in a $1,000 fine. However, a couple of wrestlers were told outright to stop using now and warned them discipline for use is going to get a lot more serious soon.

One wrestler in particular as failing for pot 11 or 12 times not to mention that his push of not that long ago was stopped.

According to sources backstage, the wrestler in question who failed a dozen tests for pot is Brian Kendrick, whose push has leveled off in recent weeks. Kendrick is said to be a frequent marijuana smoker who happily pays the fines to continue his habit.

Amidst the story of WWE's marijuana crackdown, the Pro Wrestling Torch noted that one wrestler was let go this year as a result of his marijuana habit, at least on top of a few other things. The wrestler in question is Trevor Murdoch, who was released this past July. Murdoch is said to be a frequent marijuana smoker.

    From the Observer.

He was in the Scramble match and he went over Jeff which was pretty big for him.I suppose we should have guessed with that wacky dance he does.:D He was only going to be a launch pad for Bg Zeke. Once Zeke is established, Brian is ****ed:(

That could be debated that jeff was still getting in trouble for what had happened?

Maybe but still a victory over Jeff who lets not forget has beaten the likes of HBK, Hunter, Orton and Taker is not something that he would have expected to get wen he was being squashed, when he was tagging on Raw before the draft.

The Observer never said that Brian Kendrick failed any tests for pot. That's just completely made up. And as far as I know the Torch never said anything about Murdoch failing. I don't subscribe to it but I haven't heard it mentioned anywhere else that has some credibility
