Madden 08 Multiplayer

    Really wasn't sure where to put this.
    Basically I saw Madden 08 for 14euro on Play and ordered it. I haven't played a Madden game since probably 2000 or something and really cant remember much about the game.
    Just wondering; how does the multiplayer work?
    Like I mean if your playing your mate who's sitting right beside you surely he can just look at what kind of play your setting up and set up his D to directly counteract it?

    Was playing madden 09 the other night on my mates xbox. If you hold the right and left trigger at the same time, it brings up a list of 4 buttons which correspond to the 4 moves on the screen, so there is only a 1 in 4 chance of them knowing your move
